In 2018, J/G set out with a vision: to create a space that blends deep thought with palpable feeling. After years designing strategy rooted in human psychology, cultural anthropology, and aesthetics, we understand that the magic happens when emotion, intellect, and behavior converge.

Here’s the thing: traditional strategy and creative sessions often take place in uninspiring spaces—hotel ballrooms, office conference rooms—places that adapt to creativity rather than sparking it. Drawing from years in recording studios designed for inspiration, J/G imagined a space just as potent for strategic thinking—an ecosystem where leaders and teams can push beyond the usual approaches to discover new possibilities.

While we’re not there yet, the shift toward facilitation—offsite leadership sessions, strategic planning, and innovation workshops—is a step toward that reality. We’ve found that it’s less about the physical space and more about creating environments where ideas can breathe, where teams can step back, recalibrate, and reconnect to their vision.
